The momentum is building with a superb addition to our advisory board ... James Goldstene, executive officer of the California Air Resources Board has agreed to join the ACCO advisory board.  CARB has 11 members appointed by the Governor and is responsible for California’s clean air programs and the implementation of AB 32, The Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. As executive officer, James oversees the development and implementation of regulations and policies adopted by the  Board, and reviews legislative proposals and technical materials supporting those policies.
